We are currently recruiting for Experienced Chefs for our restaurants in our Dublin locations

Job Responsibilities and Duties Include

  • Be trained and qualified to a professional level
  • Be passionate about food and presentation and be up to date on the latest food trends
  • To ensure that food preparation and presentation is of the highest quality, and according to company standards
  • Responsible for monitoring food management systems and implementation of our HACCAP procedures, HACCP Systems and Food Hygiene (must be up to date)
  • To manage and monitor wastage
  • Skills
  • Be an ambitious with a positive attitude
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
  • Have a creative and contemporary approach to food preparation and developing menus
  • Be eager and passionate about the food industry with a focus on delivering and maintaining the highest standards of quality
  • Be someone who will ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times.
  • Must have strong cooking skills and a passion for preparing high quality food using fresh local and seasonal product
  • Have 2 –3 years experience in a similar role
  • Be flexible as weekend work will be involved
  • Must be speaking English fluently
  • Valid References will be required
  • Valid working visa
