No-shows or cancellations less than 2 days in advance may be subject to a charge of €10 per person, which will be charged to the credit card held to secure the booking.

Events Cancellations & Refund Policy
General Policy: All ticket sales and event bookings are subject to this Cancellations and Refunds Policy. By purchasing a ticket or booking a spot, you agree to the terms outlined below. Cancellations by Attendees: Notice period: Attendees may cancel their booking up to 5 days before the event start time for a full refund. Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are non-refundable. No-shows: Failure to attend an event without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of any refund or credit. Transfers and Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us at least 72 hours before the event with the new attendee’s name and contact details. Event Cancellations or Changes: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule an event: You will be offered the option to transfer to a new date (if available) or receive a full refund. We will notify all registered attendees via the contact details provided at booking. Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider. Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds or credits outside the standard policy may be granted at our discretion in cases such as verified illness, emergency, or other exceptional circumstances. Christmas Bookings & Deposits
Festive bookings of 8+ between 11/11/2024 to 02/01/2025 are subject to a deposit payment of €10pp (for breakfast/lunch/brunch bookings) or €20 (for dinner bookings). Deposits are refundable if the table is cancelled at least 7 days prior to your scheduled reservation date. Deposits made will be redeemed against the bill on the day of your reservation.

Guest Count
Guest count must be confirmed 5 days in advance of the booking. Substantial changes to party sizes may incur a fee.

Menu Selection
Menu selection must be confirmed 5 days in advance of booking. Please be aware that our set menus are subject to change depending on seasonality and availability.

Time Limit
Please be aware of the allotted time for your reservation. We kindly ask that you adhere to this schedule to ensure a smooth transition for subsequent bookings. Parties up to 4: 1hr 30 mins Parties 5 to 7: 2 hours Parties 8+: 2 hours 30mins

Special Requests
If you have special requests (e.g. seating in a specific area), we will endeavour to achieve them but please bear in mind that some may not be achievable, especially on busier nights.

Outside Table Bookings
If you book an outside table and the weather changes, whilst we will endeavour to arrange an inside table for you, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a table inside due to availability.

Grace Period
We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your booked time. We may contact you about this booking, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date.

Splitting Bills
Unfortunately for groups of 8 or more, we do not offer the option to split bills - please ensure that the bill is settled as a single payment.

Party Decorations
Sparkler candles and confetti are prohibited at our restaurants for health & safety. We do accept other decorations such as balloons, table placements, themed napkins – please contact us in advance if you are bringing any decorations to ensure they are accepted.
