Twenty years after we first opened our doors in Dún Laoghaire, we’re opening something new. 8th Lock is the first new Gourmet Food Parlour in four years, and we’ve designed it around how people really eat today. Grab a coffee and pastry on your way to work, settle in for a long brunch, meet friends for lunch, or come back in the evening for dinner and drinks. It’s the GFP you know, with fresh Irish produce, genuine hospitality and flavour first, built for the way you live now.
